Banana Flax Crackers

Whoa….It can’t get easier than 2 ingredients!
1/2 Cup flax seeds
1 medium (extra ripe) banana

NOW YOU…
Mash the banana with a spoon until its creamy with a few lumps.
Add the 1/2 cup flax seeds and mix.

THEN
Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Drop by rounded tablespoons full and press flat.
Bake for 20 minutes @ 300 degrees (or until the edges are brown and the tops are hard.)

EASY…
RIGHT!?
