BODY N BALANCE “PROTEIN PUDDING”

This recipe is so good, I’ve posted it every year since I opened & other trainers are posting it on their websites as well…try it, you’ll like it, even if you don’t like cottage cheese!

1 tub (24 oz)  low fat cottage cheese
½ C. skim milk (more or less depending on your desired consistency)
1  small box of sugar free pudding  (any flavor—except chocolate)

Directions:
Add all ingredients, one by one to food processor (not blender) and blend until smooth.  Chill until firm.

* This can be made adding pumpkin puree to the mix as well.  Butterscotch works well for this.
I personally prefer white chocolate or cheesecake flavor pudding poured into a low fat/sugar graham cracker crust……mmmmmmm try that!!!  It doesn’t get much better!!

    I just made this with banana cream pudding and threw in a handful of mini chocolate chips. So yummy!
