WHAT (how much) SHOULD I BE EATING?!

Stats are for “amount in one week”…
PROTEIN  is not listed, due to the fact that varies from person to person according to various factors (i.e. age, level of exercise, medications)

FRUITS & VEGGIES: 50 servings
SAT FAT: Less than 95 grams (or less)
SODIUM: 13,500 mg (or less)
SUGAR: Less than 335 grams
FIBER: 175-245 grams
CHEMICAL BASED/PROCESSED FOODS: NONE!!!
