Did you know….????

Starving yourself until dinner is not a smart “diet tactic”…It’s a diet TRAP. Your hunger hormones (Ghrelin) will be begging for chocolate, chips & cheese!!!

This hormone doesn’t just encourage you to eat…it also tells you to eat the BAD FOR YOU STUFF…and as if that isn’t bad enough…you will eat even more, due to your lack of calories thru the day.

Now you tell me…does that sound like the way to lose weight? I think not.
