YOU’RE GONNA BE SHOCKED!!!!!!

* Foods we recognize as dessert (e.g. doughnuts, ice cream, cookies) often have far less sugar than things we consider “healthy” (e.g. juice, yogurt, dried fruit).

* Froot Loops aren’t necessarily better than doughnuts.

*  (Most) Energy bars are glorified candy.

* Some foods marketed to children aren’t much better than soda.

* A salad can have as much sugar as one of the biggest cupcakes I’ve ever seen.

* “Natural” foods can have lots of sugar.

* The worst offenders are drinkable. (see next)

* Starbucks is a main reason you’re getting fat!!!!

some energy bars are just too sweet for my own taste. is there a sugar free energy bar? :“

I don’t know off hand if there are sugar “free” bars on the market, but there are some with “low” sugar. I don’t eat many protein bars in general, so I don’t have a BRAD off hand but I will check into it…stay tuned….
The best idea is to just eat natural, unprocessed foods…and in most cases you can’t go wrong! Thanks for the question.
