Peanut Butter “Cookies”

NOTE: THIS recipe, although tasty and one of my favs…isn’t a true replacement for REAL PB cookies.

1 c. Natural Peanut Butter
1 c. Splenda
(I don’t care for Splenda but have not found anything else to replace it yet in this recipe)
2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein ( I like Met-RX)
1 T. Vanilla
1 whole egg and 1 egg white

Combine all and mix with water until cookie dough consistency.
Scoop little balls and put on a greased cookie sheet.
Dip fork in water and  smash the balls of dough.Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.   ENJOY!!!!!!!  ❤

    I found when baking with splenda if u use 1/2 the amount of dry milk that u used in Splenda it take the funny taste out. Say u use 1cup of Splenda u would use a 1/2 cup of dry milk. Don’t know how much it would alter your recipe as for as health but it’s a suggestion.
