(July) If you’re sick..Do you work out?

A GOOD RULE OF THUMB

Symptoms ABOVE the neck: stuffy nose, scratchy throat, light headache.
You may not be feeling so hot, but according to research done at Ball   State University– it won’t affect your lung function or exercise capacity.

Symptoms BELOW the neck: chest congestion, achy body,  stomach issues or ANY fever.
In these cases, you’re better off skipping the gym/class, drinking lots of fluids & letting your immune system recover.  (Not to worry, you can make it up next class…I will make sure 🙂 )
