Late night snacks & weight gain

Eating less and exercising more isn’t quite enough when it comes to pursuing or maintaining a healthy weight.  New research from Northwestern University shows that eating at the right times helps too.  The researches believe that eating later at night when the body wants to sleep, may influence weight gain because of its natural circadian rhythms (internal clock that responds to light & dark cycles) also regulate energy use & prompt the body to burn nighttime calories less efficiently then during daylight.
