Lisa’s GRILLED MANGO CHUTNEY

This makes a great accompaniment to chicken, pork scallops…a nice summer touch to every day grilled meats:

2  firm-ripe mangoes–grilled
1 TB. light brown sugar
1 TB cider vinegar
½ TSP cayenne pepper
1 small green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 TB orange juice

Roughly chop grilled mangoes and place in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients & stir to combine…chill to blend flavors.

Makes about 2 cups
1/4 cup chutney:  42 calories, 0 g protein, 12 g carbohydrate, 0 g total fat,.
