There is a reason you can’t eat just 1 slice of pizza…

New research done at the Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas found that:
PALMITIC ACID (a type of saturated fat) found in butter, cheese & red meat, blocks  satiety hormones ( those that make your brain think it’s full)  & increases appetite. After days of eating this type of fat, your brain will pay less attention to the signals to stop eating.
How can you help this? Choose low-fat cheese and pick olive oil (instead of butter) because it contains OLEIC ACID  and won’t impair your “fullness switch”.
