CINNAMON…not only tastes good on your oatmeal, but  has one of the highest levels of antioxidants of all spices!

Just 1/2 teaspoon has as many antioxidants as 1/4 cup blueberries!!
This being said….why not add both to your morning oatmeal and keep the “free radicles” at bay!!!
