Is insomnia making you fat??

Most people don’t associate good sleep patterns with weight gain, but there is a huge link between the two!

THIS MEANS I, FOR ONE, AM IN BIG TROUBLE!!

Not getting enough sleep not only triggers carbohydrate cravings but also stimulates appetite increasing hormones as well as muscle- wasting stress hormones such as cortisol… (also blamed for excess “belly fat”)
