F.Y.I.

The other day one of the members called up and wanted to cancel her upcoming class because she was “too sore” from the class she took earlier in the week….after a little persuasion I changed her mind and she came to the class….
WHY DID I TELL YOU THIS STORY?….
After a strenuous workout with weights, it actually HELPS loosen you up to do some cardio (i.e. step aerobics, kickboxing). As blood gets in the area and your body temperature increases, the remaining soreness will dissipate.
SO…next time you are thinking about “blowing off your fitness class” because you are too “sore”...remember these words of wisdom đŸ˜‰
