Lisa’s words of wisdom (dealing with food)

If you just remember these few “quotes”…believe it or not, it can help you make the right food choices. 

LEAN & GREEN!
–eating lean meat (protein) and green veggies (complex fibrous carbohydrates) will not cause the weight gain ,even if you eat later in the day, that heavy meals (i.e. pasta) would.

(This next one is not to offend the vegetarinas out there, just a catchy blurb, meant to stick in your mind)

IF WAS BORN OR GREW IN THE GROUND
–meaning animal protein and natural, unprocessed foods are ALWAYS best choices.  Did you ever see a Snickers tree?  Or see a herd of Cheetoes?  Enough said?!
