Another guiltless recipe for you!

CHICKEN PATTIES
1lb. ground chicken breast
½ green apple
finely chopped
½
small onion finely chopped

½t. cumin or sage

½t. rosemary

½t. cayenne pepper
1t. poultry seasoning

Dash of maple syrup
——————————————-

Mix together & make into patties.
Cook in a hot skillet
(med high heat)
until browned.
Turn down heat & cover until cooked through
.

Makes 5-6 servings
